This competitive solicitation is posted on behalf of the State of Washington, Department of Health (DOH), Prevention and Community Health (PCH), Sexual and Reproductive Health Program (SRHP). The DOH SRHP requires a qualified contractor to provide third-party data manager solution. The services required include providing, operating, and maintaining a secure, HIPAA-compliant and Uniform Health Care Information Act-compliant Clinic Visit Record (CVR) data system.

The Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) pursuant to RCW 39.26 for the purpose of soliciting qualifications from skilled individuals interested in providing Criminal Law Instruction for the Basic Training Division of the Criminal Justice Training Commission.

This Contract includes replacement of the heating and cooling systems and replacement of the roofing at the Ginkgo Interpretive Center. Work includes ductwork, HVAC equipment, refrigerant piping, controls, electrical, roofing, insulation, and related general work. The Washington State Potato Commission (WSPC) seeks to engage a qualified Water Specialist to work collaboratively with WSPC and serve as a technical advisor and strategic partner supporting water resource management, policy development, and agricultural resilience efforts in Washington State. This role requires a professional with advanced training and substantial experience in water resources, irrigation, or agricultural sustainability; demonstrated success in collaborative governance and stakeholder facilitation; and the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory information into clear, actionable policy and communication materials. Work priorities may evolve over the duration of the contract in response to changing state, regional, and federal water policy, planning, and funding conditions, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The purpose of this awarded contract is to facilitate the HCLA Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH) purchase, setup, distribution, training, maintenance, and ongoing mobile device management of Apple iOS hardware, software, and third-party software, as well as traditional telecommunication devices such as amplified telephones, teletypewriters (TTY), and signaling devices.

The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts by Contract Category for eligible purchasers to acquire various office supplies.Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted Office Supplies. The contract is intended to facilitate and support the delivery of the highest quality products for office business operations. The product categories available are wide-ranging from paper supplies to storage solutions.

This project includes only the log repair and replacement shown in the project drawings. Other work items such as roofing, masonry, or other repairs are not included.
