This project is intended to provide service delivery funding to build a self-sustaining intercity fixed route bus service along the service route from Spokane to Pasco via Moses Lake.  The service route shall be referred to by the route brand, the Wheat Line (WSDOT reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the branded name of an individual bus route)The service route will be operated as an integrated part of the branded statewide Travel Washington intercity bus network.

DSHS is seeking a qualified vendor to perform a Gap Analysis of The New Hospital to assess readiness for Joint Commission Deemed Status accreditation. The awarded vendor will conduct construction design drawing and document reviews across a projected timeline to include updated drawings/as-builts. Areas of emphasis for construction reviews include but are not limited to the environment of care, life safety, physical environment, clinic, and compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 101-2012, 99-2012, and Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI) 2018. Additionally, the awarded vendor will perform a comprehensive mock survey aligned with CMS Conditions of Participation (42 CFR Part 482, Subpart E), and Joint Commission Standards and Elements of Performance for Deemed Status accreditation for Hospitals. Deliverables include an assessment of compliance readiness, identification of deficiencies, a detailed corrective action plan, and an executive summary report to guide leadership toward full CMS certification and Joint Commission Deemed Status accreditation for Hospitals.

STA is in the final stages of implementing service improvements as part of its 10-year strategic plan, STA Moving Forward. As part of those efforts, we designed, fabricated and installed enhanced customer amenities at select stops throughout the network. These amenities are a key element of our High Performance Transit (HPT) investments to provide an elevated customer experience. The State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation to assist the Agine and Long-Term Support Administration, WA Cares Division of the Home and Community Living Administration (HCLA) in seeking qualified Contractor (s) to: establish a strong network of trusted community partners who will act as Lead Community-Based Organizations in supporting Washingtonians statewide. By engaging organizations with deep community connections, the WA Cares Community Assistance Network will advance equitable access to WA Cares benefits for Washingtonians, build public awareness, and strengthen the overall effectiveness of the WA Cares Fund. The WA Cares Community Assistance Network will contract with Lead Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) who will create and oversee a network of trained Community Assistors, either within their own organization or through their contracted network partners across their service areas, ensuring widespread access to services and support. Community Assistors provide guidance and support to individuals navigating the application process for the WA Cares Fund. This will enable the Community Assistance Network to reach a broader audience and provide Washingtonians with the necessary information and support to successfully navigate and apply for WA Cares benefits.

WSDOT intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for WSDOT to purchase consulting services in support of the Statewide General Aviation Airport Leasing Rates and Fees Study. The Statewide General Aviation Airport Leasing Rates and Fees Study will ensure that lease rates and user fees reflect the true cost of operating each airport, promote financial sustainability, and maintain compliance with FAA grant assurances. By evaluating existing leases and fee structures in relation to actual airport expenses, the study will deliver data-driven recommendations to standardize rates and fees, enhance fairness among airport users, and support the long-term stability of the statewide airport system
