WSF is purchasing occupational medical surveillance services to support WSF’s occupational health and safety programs. Services will include regular examinations, testing, evaluation and record keeping that aligns with WA State regulatory framework and HIPPA compliance. Services will be provided to employees working on vessels, in terminals and maintenance and thus requires flexibility and predictability when scheduling. All medical examinations and evaluations must be performed by or under the supervision of a licensed physician who is board certified in occupational medicine. The contracted services must submit reports that provide verification of exam, written opinion or clearance letter, confirmation of employee medical condition that would increase impairment during work activities, statement confirming physician has informed employee of medical exam results and conditions, recommendation for changing medical exam frequency, signification findings, and provide submission of this document to WSF Health and Safety and a copy to employee within 60 days of exam.

The University of Washington (University or UW) is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide general contractor/construction management (GC/CM) services for the UWMC ML 4NN 4EE Acute Care Expansion project.
Project Description: Project scope includes the renovation of the 4th floor of the Pacific Tower at the University of Washington Medical Center Montlake campus to create approximately 24 additional medical/surgical acute patient care beds/bays. The North and East wings of the 4th floor of the Pacific Tower encompass 18,500 square feet. The wings were originally designed and constructed as patient care space but were later converted to administrative use. UWMC plans to convert these areas back to support acute care capacity. The project budget is $35.5 million. The target budget for all work to be provided under the GC/CM contract is $26 million.

UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON UWMC ML 4NN/4EE Acute Care Expansion Project No. 209079 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural/Engineering Services General: The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Architectural/Engineering firms to provide design services for the UW Medical Center, Montlake, 4NN/4EE Acute Care Expansion project. Project Description: The University intends to utilize the General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) contracting method for this project, which may also utilize the early selection process for subcontractors as authorized under RCW 39.10. This project will renovate the 4th floor of the Pacific Tower at the University of Washington Medical Center Montlake campus to create approximately 24 additional medical/surgical acute patient care beds/bays. The North and East wings of the 4th floor of the Pacific Tower encompass 18,500 square feet. The wings were originally designed and constructed as patient care space but were later converted to administrative use. Due to space constraints on the medical campus, UWMC plans to convert these areas back to support acute care capacity.
