APEX offers over 100 events and trainings a year reaching 5,000+ businesses.
Sponsors, depending on the level, can be visible at these events, share information about their agency, business, or services.
Dedicated sponsor events provide maximum visibility while APEX handles the promotional, logistical and professional event management. This is only open to sponsors that are directly aligned with APEX’s mission and values.
Over the past 30 years, APEX has become known as a trusted resource for the government contracting community. We communicate with the contracting community up to date information, events, and resources in a variety of ways.
Sponsors include their logo and informational content on the following outlets:
- Twice monthly newsletters (7,000 opens)

- Social Media (800 subscribers on Youtube, 1,000 followers on Linkedin)
To maximize visibility with government contracting community throughout the region, sponsors receive 10% discounts on sponsorships for these major events.
North Puget Sound Contracting Conference attracts 500 government contractors and agencies from Seattle north to Bellingham, 100 exhibitors for a full day of keynote speakers, 9 breakout sessions & 1:1 matching making sessions.

Greater Spokane Inc & APEX Accelerator have partnered with Fairchild Airforce Base to bring the community Meet the Bigs. The event is the largest government contracting conference in Eastern Washington. Expect 100 exhibitors, 300 attendees to explore opportunities and learn.
