Contract description:Competitive Solicitation 25523
The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts for eligible purchasers to acquire toll-free and associated enhancement services.
Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted toll-free and associated enhancement services. Enterprise Services intends to use this Competitive Solicitation to solicit and evaluate competitive bids, as set forth herein, to award Contract(s) to innovative bidders who can provide toll-free calling and support services for eligible purchasers who utilize the Contract:
- Creation of dedicated access toll-free service lines routed to voice telephone number(s)
- Routing features for guiding phone traffic to the right place
- Troubleshooting of contracted carrier’s systems and other technical services
- Routing features for traffic on contracted carrier’s network
