Complete site demolition and replacement of multiple existing elementary school buildings with a single multi-story building. New accessory site canopies and outdoor play areas on a sloped site. Site grading and leveling, turf playfield, retaining walls to create accessible playground surfaces and play areas for use as an elementary school. Preservation and incorporation of significant trees. Synthetic field turf with under-drainage.
