Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This RFQ is to solicit qualifications for a multi-disciplinary design firm interested in design of a Development Plan for the Houghton Village parcel and adjacent parcels.
