Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This RFQ is to solicit qualifications for a specialized firm or team to provide a comprehensive investigation, assessment, analysis, and recommendations for improvements allowing year-round operations of the Peter Kirk Pool, with a priority on swim lessons.
