Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is to solicit proposals from a banking firm(s) to provide the City with banking, merchant, lockbox, purchasing cards, and safekeeping services. The City’s preference is to award one contract for the entire range of services, but reserves the right to award contracts for each scope of work individually.
