The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has issued an RFP seeking the following services: The Aging and Long-Term Services Administration (ALTSA), Home and Community Services (HCS) Division of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is in Search of a qualified contractor or contractors to provide a Residential Settings Locator. This application aims to pair individuals receiving Medicaid services with available Adult Family Homes and Assisted Living Facilities in Washington State that have current vacancies and can cater to the clients’ care requirements. By utilizing specific client information, this application will match potential providers capable of meeting their care needs while having available openings. Additionally, the application will enable residential providers to specify their preferences and specialties, ensuring that referrals align well with their facility.
Ultimately, this search application is designated to enhance the efficiency of identifying a suitable residential provider that matches an individual’s specific needs.
