PULLMAN REGIONAL HOSPITAL- PATIENT CARE EXPANSION PROJECT
ALTERNATIVE SELECTION PROCESS FOR MECHANICAL, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
After conducting a public hearing, all comments received were considered and Pullman Regional Hospital has determined that proceeding with the alternative subcontractor selection process per RCW 39.10.385 is in the best interest of the public. This selection process will be used to select the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical subcontractors.
Proposals will be received by #Bouten Construction Company no later than September 9, 2024, at 5:00:00PM PST, submitted electronically to Briana Hill, brianah@boutenconstruction.com.
The full RFP can be obtained by contacting Briana Hill, Project Coordinator, Bouten Construction Co. at brianah@boutenconstruction.com or 509-535-5351. It can also be reviewed at regional plan centers and the Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises.
Bouten is the sole contact for this selection process, please do not contact the Owner, architect, or engineers. Bouten and the Owner reserve the right to waive any informalities or irregularities and reject any or all proposals. Protest procedures can be found in the full RFP.
