Contract Location: The project is located at the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail, Railroad Avenue and Main Street in the City of Kittitas. The project site has not been assigned an address.
Contract description: Kittitas Depot Historic Preservation
Scope of Work: This project rehabilitates the 1909 Kittitas Depot with foundation work, roof replacement, window and door repairs, new ADA restrooms, updated MEP systems, insulation, painting, and site improvements.
