Contract description: Critical Patient Care Roster A & B Only
The project includes the following work: Renovate existing 325 SF space in UWMC Northwest B-Wing to create a pharmacy chemotherapy compounding room to support new inpatient oncology unit. The scope will include remodel of an existing staff lounge, connector, and office into a pharmacy compounding area with a bio safety cabinet. Construction to include all new flooring, paint, door, electrical, exhaust fans, and plumbing.

The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at 7:00 am on Thursday December 12, 2024, at University of Washington Medical Center Northwest – C-Wing near the old cafeteria entrance as shown on map:
(https://www.uwmedicine.org/locations/uwmc-northwest-map) 1550 N 115th St. Seattle, WA 98104. Access to the project site is restricted. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to visit the Project site.
Other Details: The Bid Form will be received up to 3:00 p.m. January 09, 2025. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud via the Zoom Version 5.0 (required) link of: https://washington.zoom.us/j/91880542698 Bids received after the date and hour above stated will not receive consideration. Attendance in person is not allowed. Only bidders who are on the Critical Patient Care Roster Group A &B at the time of bid receipt may bid on this project. Bids will be received by the University of Washington through Workday Strategic Sourcing.
