Contract description: The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for constructions of the NE 85TH STREET EASTBOUND THIRD LANE, WATER, AND STORM PROJECTS. Specific work includes but is not limited to widening of the existing road from five-lane roadway to a six-lane roadway; reconstruction of the sidewalks, curb and gutters, illumination system, upgrades to the stormwater collection facilities, watermain system, new traffic signals integrated with existing ITS system, and other work. . The estimated cost for this project is in the range of $2,500,000 to $2,750,000 based on the base bid, Schedule A, Schedule B, and Schedule C.
