Stream Team Solicitation Notice

Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. (KIWC) solicits interest from qualified subconsultants to provide Stream Team Services for WSDOT’s SR 3, SR 104, SR 303 and SR 307, Kitsap County Remove Fish Barriers. The project will remove fish barriers at 29 locations on SR 3, SR 104, SR 303 and SR 307 on the Northern Kitsap Peninsula. 

Stream Team services include Hydraulic Design and Specialty Reports as a part of Phase 1 services, which are further described in the Request for Proposals, Appendix 2 (Phase 1 Services), Task 6. The Request for Proposal including appendices and reference information is available at:
