Contract description:

The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts for eligible purchasers to acquire contracted goods and/or services.

Enterprise Services intends to conduct a competitive procurement to establish and award Cooperative Purchasing Agreements (“Cooperative Purchasing Agreements” or “Contract(s)”) for Washington state agencies, Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (ORCPP) Members, and other eligible purchasers to purchase certain common electrical supplies, parts, components, and/or related products and solutions – e.g., wire, conduit, breakers, switches, and electrical trim items, including LED lighting fixtures, controls, and smart controls, etc. as specified herein (collectively “Electrical Supplies”).

Scope of Work:

COMMERCIAL LIGHTING Indoor and Emergency: Includes LED, Optoelectronics, lamps and displays, commercial grade lighting products, lamps or ballasts, etc.

COMMERCIAL LIGHTING Outdoor: Includes LED, Lamp Sockets, commercial grade lighting products, lamps or ballasts, etc. CONDUIT Steel: Enclosed steel casing to run wires or cables through for protection. IE. EMT or rigid to include fittings, etc.

CONDUIT Plastic: Enclosed plastic casing to run wires or cables through for protection to include fittings, etc. ELECTRICAL & CIRCUIT PROTECTION Circuit Breakers, Circuit Interrupters, Conduit & Fittings, Socket Outlet Strips, etc.

ELECTRICIAN TOOLS & RELATED ACCESS. Includes industry-related tools and accessories including, however not limited to, test equipment, circuit tracers, and hand tools, etc.

ELECTROMECHANICAL & INDUSTRIAL CONTROL Controllers, Load Centers, Panel Displays, Relays, Sensors, Signal Conditioning, Solenoids, Switches, Surge Protection, Timers, Transformers, etc.

FANS & RELATED ACCESSORIES Includes motorized fan and related accessories, etc.

FITTINGS & BOXES Plastic, Steel, Weatherproof: Includes electrical fittings and electrical boxes made of steel or plastic to include channel (uni-strut) and associated parts as well as bell boxes and covers, etc.

FUSES AND RELATED ACCESSORIES Includes plug, cartridge, time delay, and glass fuses as well as blocks and holders, etc. MISC. SHOP SUPPLIES Solder, Fluxes, Electrical Tape, etc.

MISC. SHOP TOOLS Hand tools, power tools, benders, fish tapes, etc.

MISCELLANEOUS SUPPLIES Includes electrical-related items, components, or accessories not logically found within the three (3) categories.

MOTOR CONTROLS Includes Contactor, control relay or other device used to control single or multiple motors, etc.

PORTABLE CORDS Includes mass-produced extension cords, power centers, drop lights, and accessories TRANSFORMERS Includes devices utilized for changing the voltage of an electrical supply, etc.

WIRE-CIRCUIT SIZE Includes thhn or tffn solid or stranded wire, telephone, thermostat, cat-5, coaxial wire and accessories, etc.

WIRE Building: Includes romex, mc, and uf. Seal tite, sjo, soo (rubber cord) in various wire sizes and configurations, etc. Bare Wire, Building Wires, Cable, Cabel Identification, Cable Trays WIRE – SERVICE CABLE Includes seu, 500 mcm, and other thick wire used to carry the main supply from power stations to structures, etc.

WIRING DEVICES & RECEPTACLES Includes switches, receptacles, dimmers, toggles, gfi’s, plates both metal and plastic speed & fan control, lamp holders, all colors, finishes and configurations, etc.

WIRE TERMINATION Includes wire nuts, ty-raps, tapes, splice kits, lugs, butt splices, wire and cable accessories, etc.
