The State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has recently issued a solicitation.

Contract Description: The DSHS Division of Disability Determination Services (DDDS) is seeking one or more Contractors to provide assistance with strategic planning initiatives, leadership and development training, and organizational consulting for its Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Expanded Management Team [(EMT), which includes other Washington Management Services (WMS) staff and frontline supervisors], and other subject matter experts within the division.

Maximum Funding Amount: $200,000

Bidders are invited to attend a Pre-Bid Conference, which shall be held virtually at the date and time set forth below. The Pre-Bid Conference is an opportunity for Bidders to learn more about the conditions under which a Contract will be performed and to discuss the inclusion plan, especially when subcontracting opportunity may be a part of the Contract.
