Contract description: The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts by geographic region (Northwest, North Central, Olympic, Southwest, South Central, Eastern) for eligible purchasers to acquire Linen, Laundry, Rental services.
Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted Linen, Laundry, Uniform Rental, and accessories normally offered in the contractor’s rental/laundering program.
Scope: This Statewide Contract is for linen, uniform, garment rental, and related laundry services for use by authorized purchasers statewide. Rentals and services on this contract are those necessary to function and accomplish agency (purchaser) mission. Contract items consist of uniforms, garments, flat linens, mats, and other accessory items normally offered in the contractor’s rental/laundering program. This contract covers the purchase of replacement rental items as required. This contact does not include paper products.
