Contract description: The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award multiple Contracts for specified categories of annuals, bulbs, ferns, grasses, perennials, sedums, sempervivums, shrubs, and trees (Plants and Trees) for Enterprise Services to acquire.
Items are divided into 7 categories such as trees, grasses etc. Bidders may bid on one or more categories.
To be responsive, Bidders must bid on every item listed in the category upon which they are bidding.
When placing a bid, Bidders are NOT required to have in stock items upon which they are bidding. Rather they must either have such items in stock, or be able to supply said items at a commercially reasonable time and in a manner appropriate for the item being supplied.
There may be up to two awards per category.
Bidders who are awarded a contract in a category may receive requests for items in Bidder’s catalog that would have been in said category but were not specifically listed.
