The City of Seattle is transitioning to a fully automated web-based procurement system on Monday, Aug. 12, 2024. Register to receive bid notifications and respond to future opportunities!
The City of Seattle has partnered with OpenGov and is excited to announce our transition to a fully automated web-based procurement system on Monday, Aug. 12, 2024. To receive bid notifications and respond to future opportunities, you should register with OpenGov and subscribe to the City of Seattle’s page.
There is no cost for vendors to register with or use OpenGov.
Within the OpenGov system, our new procurement portal will allow prospective suppliers the ability to:
- Have one location for all solicitation opportunities issued by the City of Seattle. Solicitations active prior to Aug. 12 will still be live on the City’s other procurement sites (Bonfire, Consultant Connection, and ProcureWare), which will sunset in the coming months.
- Register to receive notifications of solicitation opportunities.
- Follow solicitations. This will allow all interested bidders to receive updates and addenda on solicitations automatically.
- Submit questions on solicitations and receive answers.
- Submit responses to solicitations.
To receive notifications on the City of Seattle’s solicitations, go to https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle and click the “Subscribe” button. For more information about how to register, please visit the Vendor Guide.
