Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Invitation for Bids (IFB). The work to be performed for this project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the West of Market Sewermain Rehabilitation Pilot Project.
