Contract description: The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award a Contract for eligible purchasers to acquire Buoy Tags.

Enterprise Services, through its Printing and Imaging Program is tasked with providing the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife with goods and services to carry out their operations. These operations require the use of large quantities of markers known as Tags. Tags are attached to crab pots and used to track activity by licensed fishery operations.

Tags must be sturdy and flexible enough to withstand a marine environment. They must be individually and sequentially numbered. Orders may specify oval or square shaped tags. Colors are based on the Pantone Matching System color chart, and vary from year to year. This solicitation will have a preference for Tags manufactured in whole or in part with recycled material and/or with digital or soybean based or other nontoxic printing.
Enterprise Services intends to award one (1) contract to the highest scored, responsive, responsible bidder.
