Contract description:

The project includes the following work: Six existing modular trailers are located in the former UW parking lot W35. Demolition and removal of the northeastern modular trailer including cut, cap and general utility adjustments. Provide a new at-grade play area including the furnishing and installation of new play equipment as well as adjustments of the surrounding metal framed walkway.

Implement limited interior improvements to the five remaining modular trailers including but not limited to the removal and addition of interior partitions, new casework, plumbing fixture additions and adjustments, and modification to existing mechanical heating and cooling systems.

Pre Bid Meeting Details:

The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at 1:00 PM on January 15, 2025 at 3735 Brooklyn Ave NE, Seattle, WA . The site walk will start at the driveway adjacent to the southern-most modular building and Wallace Hall. Access to the project site is restricted. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to visit the Project site.
