Contract description: WTA is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to make electrical improvements to its Midway lot, at 3995 Bakerview Spur in Bellingham. The scope of work is set out in the Plans and Specifications, and consists of, but is not limited to, the supply & installation of generators, electrical components, conduit, and wire; and excavation, disposal, removal of items, erosion control measures, construction survey work, and concrete work.
