PROJECT LOCATION: Olympia

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Office of Financial Management (OFM) initiates this RFQQ to solicit responses from Proposers to award and enter into Optional Use Contracts that may be between multiple pre-qualified vendors and OFM in order to provide personnel investigations.

The Washington State Office of Financial Management is initiating this request to solicit proposals from qualified businesses to purchase certain personnel investigator services performed by qualified professionals to investigate and as directed, report the results thereof regarding workplace investigations pertaining to allegations of:

  • Harassment and discrimination, including but not limited to (race/color, sex/pregnancy, marital status, national origin, religion, creed, veteran/military status, disability, sexual orientation and gender identity, age, and use of a trained service animal);
  •  Sexual harassment and/or stalking;
  •  Hostile work environment;
  •  Employee misconduct and/or agency policy violations;
  •  Employee work performance issues; and
  •  Retaliation (including but not limited to whistleblower retaliation)

ESTIMATED CONTRACT TERM: March 15, 2024 – June 30, 2026 with an option to renew the contract for up to five (5) additional one (1) year terms.
