Contract description: The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award a contract to a single bidder to complete an Owner-Controlled Insurance Program Feasibility Study. 

The State is seeking a consultant with knowledge and experience in Controlled Insurance Programs, including but not limited to Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs, government risk management, and extended long-term construction projects.
