Upcoming Bid Opportunity- Serene Lake Mukilteo SD

PROJECT INFORMATION

Serene Lake Elementary School was built in 1968 with some renovations in 1994 and 1996. The school is located within the Unincorporated Snohomish County on 10.0 acres. Permanent square footage is 49,230 and there are four (4) portable classrooms. This project will be Phase I of a full school replacement. Phase I will include construction of a new two-story classroom building, approximately 15,600 square feet, containing eight classrooms and support spaces. Site improvements to support the new facility will include a new water main, fire hydrants, connections to utilities such as sewer and storm water, walkways and landscaping. Building 200, containing classrooms, will be demolished at the end of the project. The district anticipates construction starting in Summer 2024 and completion in Fall 2025.
