Kiewit will be accepting Furnish & Install Concrete Subcontractor Quotes for this ODOT project, including: 10,000 LF of Concrete Curbs; 3,075 SQFT of Concrete Islands; 17,000 SQFT – Concrete Walks; 1,672 SQFT of 6” & 8,900 SF of 4” Concrete Surfacing; (26) Each New Curb Ramps; and 449 SF of Truncated Domes on New Surfaces. Bidders will be asked to complete a Quantity Take-Off.

All subcontractors are required to execute Kiewit standard “Subcontract Agreement” with references to our ODOT Prime Contract. We request 100% Performance & Payment Bond(s).
In order to assist certified small business subcontractors, we have already divided out these smaller concrete flat work scopes of into more economically feasible units. We will provide allowable assistance to DBE firms in an effort to help additional participation opportunities.
