This Project is the Preconstruction effort with conceptual documents to facilitate the passage of juvenile migratory fish through Howard A. Hanson Dam into the Green River. This project aims to provide a downstream Fish Passage Facility, which will consist of five primary features: An intake with bulkheads that will act as a cofferdam during construction, a multiport collector, a steep slope bypass, a control tower, a deceleration tunnel, and an outlet structure.

FAR 52.222-33 applies to this project: Kiewit Infrastructure West Co, is negotiating a Project Labor Agreement and Offerors that are working on site will be required to become a party to that Agreement.

Involvement in this Preconstruction pricing effort will give subcontractors/suppliers multiple opportunities to become familiar with the project and build collaborative relationships with estimators and to better understand the project.

Services and supplies being solicited during the preconstruction phase include: Building Work, Civil Work, Concrete Flatwork, Furnish & Install Rebar, Concrete Pumping, Concrete Supply, Earthworks &  Excavation, Electrical Work, Environmental Monitoring & Supplies; Fuel Supply, Inspection & Testing, Mechanical Work, Quality Control/Assurance, Pipe Installation/Supply, Steel Fabrication & Supply, Storm Water Drainage, Utilities, Trucking, Water Quality Monitoring and other Heavy Construction Subcontracting & Material Supply scopes.

It is the policy and intent of Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. to provide maximum practicable opportunity to all qualified qualified/certified small business subcontractors and suppliers.
