PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Demo and replacement of an existing well house building that houses a well and well pump that are to remain; upgrade the bldg electrical along with the motor controller; provide additional instrumentation and controls; expand the paved maintenance road; and improve site drainage.
ESTIMATED VALUE: $600,000
COMPLETION TIME: 100 working days
WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
PRICING REQUIREMENTS: The Bid Form includes TWO (2) Bid Items.
