The State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has recently issued a solicitation. You have been identified as a vendor with OMWBE status, Veteran status, and/or as a Washington Small Business (within WEBS Commodity Codes #915-09, 918-38, 924-16, and/or 952-43), or you are someone who reaches out to vendors with this status. Therefore, DSHS wants to ensure that you are made aware of this bidding opportunity.
Purpose
This competitive solicitation is issued in order to assist the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA), Home and Community Services (HCS) Division of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) in seeking qualified contractor(s) for a Project that will include the planning and production of animated explainer videos. DSHS seeks the services of a Contractor with extensive experience planning and producing animated videos to develop a series of five short explainer videos about the WA Cares Fund program in English and Spanish.
