This Request for Qualification (RFQ) is issued by King County (the County) in order to acquire on-demand consulting and contingent labor staffing services with advanced and specialized technical skill sets to service areas within King County Information Technology (KCIT), as well as all King County departments.

Organizations successfully qualified as part of this roster will gain the opportunity to work with King County on IT consulting and staffing projects as “go to” on call vendors for the next three years or more.
This solicitation will contain a contracting incentive for certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS). SCS bonus evaluation points will be applied to SCS certified prime contractors or consulting teams with SCS partners. Note: Washington State Certified Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises are automatically eligible for Fast-Track SCS certification.
