Description of Project Work: The contract includes general trades, mechanical, electrical, and related site work for a new single-story fire station of primary wood frame with steel and concrete elements. Station will include fire apparatus parking area with supporting functions. Living and sleeping quarters for 24-hour use by fire department personnel. Station is approximately 17,100 square feet in total.
