Project Description:
The new Green Hill School Wellness and Recreation center is proposed to replace an existing recreational facility, along with adding an outdoor field storage structure. The proposed recreational center is approximately 32,000square feet, with an additional 700 square foot outdoor field storage structure. The old facility was designed in the 1960s and is in need of being replaced. The new building will provide juveniles with a variety of activities to achieve their one hour of required large muscle exercise in a safe and secure facility.

Lydig Construction requires a Subcontractor Qualification Form from all subcontractors prior to bid day. This form is available on Lydig’s company website. http://www.lydig.com/subcontractors-partners/
In accordance with state law, bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor’s license at the time of submitting bids.
Bonding Requirements:
Subcontractor Payment and Performance bonding is required on contract values exceeding $300,000. The P&P bonds are to be provided to the Owner and Lydig Construction at the time of the contract execution.
