PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The new Green Hill School Recreation and Wellness Bldg is a replacement of the existing recreational facility, with an additional 700 sqft outdoor field storage structure. The proposed recreation bldg is 31,951 sqft, composed of two (2) gyms, a multi- purpose room, weight and cardio rooms, a covered outdoor area, laundry facilities, mech and elec service spaces, and a residential style kitchen for teaching life skills and cooking.
ESTIMATED VALUE: $21 – $23.4 million
COMPLETION TIME: Subst compl: 420 cal days. Final compl: +60 cal days
WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
PRICING REQUIREMENTS: This project includes ONE (1) Base Bid and FIVE (5) Alternates. SEPARATE pricing is required for each item.
