PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Interior alterations of approximately 3,565 sqft portion of an existing building. Scope includes addition of interior wood stud partitions to create 8 offices and an open conference room. This space will have new finishes as well as modifications to mechanical and electrical and communication systems. Existing bldg is a 16,250 sqft, single-story, 2018 IBC construction Type V-b, nonseparated mixed-use building.
PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE VISIT:
– April 27, 2023 @ 10:00am @ Building #3, 3 Transportation Way, Camp Murray, WA 98430
– All visitors to Camp Murray are required to obtain a visitor’s pass at the entry gates. All of the following documents are required to obtain this pass:
• Driver’s License
• Proof of Insurance
• Vehicle Registration
ESTIMATED VALUE: $563,000 – $608,000
COMPLETION TIME: Subst compl: 120 cal days. Final compl: 30 cal days
WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
PRICING REQUIREMENTS: The Bid Form includes ONE (1) Base Bid.
