PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construct new iron and manganese removal treatment plant facilities onsite, including 12′ x 30′ CMU bldg enclosure, iron and manganese ATEC filter package (purchased by KPUD), piping, valves, and instrumentation. This project is subject to the American Iron and Steel Provision.
ESTIMATED VALUE: $650,000 – $850,000
COMPLETION TIME: 120 working days
WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to BOTH federal Davis Bacon wage rates and WA State L&I
prevailing wage rates. You must pay the higher of the two. Certified payroll will be
required.
PRICING REQUIREMENTS: The Bid Form includes NINE (9) Bid Items. SEPARATE pricing is required for each
Bid Item.
