DSHS Policy 13.12 Notification: RFQQ # 2134-799 LRA Study Under RCW 71.09.090
The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has issued an RFQQ seeking qualified contractor(s) to assist the Special Commitment Center (SCC), operated by the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) of DSHS, in conducting a study of programs for transitioning SCC Residents to the community when they are conditionally released by a Court. The study shall explore the development of conditional release and transition facilities for future conditional release placements.
