Contract description:

This competitive solicitation is posted on behalf of the State of Washington, Department of Health (DOH), Prevention and Community Health (PCH), Sexual and Reproductive Health Program (SRHP). The DOH SRHP requires a qualified contractor to provide third-party data manager solution. The services required include providing, operating, and maintaining a secure, HIPAA-compliant and Uniform Health Care Information Act-compliant Clinic Visit Record (CVR) data system.

BIDDER ELIGIBILITY:

The Washington State Department of Health is seeking qualified contractor(s) to provide a Third-Party Data Manager Solution as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The new third-party data manager will transition DOH from the legacy solution, and operate and maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant and Uniform Health Care Information Act-compliant Clinic Visit Record (CVR) data system.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:

The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP is projected to start on April 1, 2026 and end June 30, 2028.

The term of the contract may be extended by amendment up to four times for 1-2 years per amendment, at the sole discretion of DOH. The total contract term shall not exceed 6 years and 3 months. Amendments extending the period of performance, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of DOH.
