Washington State Department of Enterprise Services intends to post a solicitation for retro reflective glass beads, all weather reflect elements beads and drying agent. These Beads should meet AASHTO Standard Specification and are used in Traffic Paints for pavement marking. The solicitation is scheduled to post in October 2021 with an estimated value of $1.5 million.

Washington State values small and diverse business inclusion. Each procurement they do will have at least two equity measures. Most include Washington small and veteran preference points and designated awards just for Washington small and veteran businesses.
