PROJECT LOCATION: Olympia
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Office of Financial Management, Human Resources (OFM HR) anticipates the need for a variety of recruitment-related services. It is the intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a Pre-Qualified Vendors List to provide recruitment services.
Contractor(s) will conduct recruitment on behalf of OFM, conduct candidate screening based on required qualifications for positions, provide candidate recommendations for interviews, and conduct outreach in diverse markets.
The Pre-Qualified Vendors List will also be used when ad hoc recruitment and outreach services are needed for such hard to fill roles that include but are not limited to agency executives, Information Technology positions, and positions requiring specialized skills, education, or licenses as consultation.
ESTIMATED CONTRACT TERM: April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2028, with an option to renew the contract for up to two (2) additional terms of two (2) years.
FUNDING: Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of funding. This amount shall not exceed $50,000 per fiscal year for a total of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) for the initial contract term.
