PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construct a new one-story 8,789 sqft public works building with a 974 sqft overhead storage, plus other work including exterior site improvements, new electrical, mechanical and plumbing services. The public works building contains the maint shop, parking bays, and administrative offices.ESTIMATED VALUE: $4.529 – $4.717 million
COMPLETION TIME: 11 months
WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
PRICING REQUIREMENTS: This project includes ONE (1) Base Bid and ZERO (0) Unit Prices or Alternates.
