Local Food for Schools Cooperative Agreement Program | Agricultural Marketing Service (usda.gov)
We seek to fulfill the LFS goals by purchasing locally sourced foods directly or through a distributor from Washington farmers, ranchers, fishers, producers, and small businesses.
Our goals for this work are to develop mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships that build up Farm to School Programs and increase student consumption of local nutritious foods in the school meal programs.
