Contractors of every tier who perform project work on-site, agree to accept and be bound by all SCWA terms and conditions, and sign a Letter of Assent representing their engagement as a signatory, or shall sign as a signatory to this SCWA, before commencing work.
Lydig will be bidding this package and turning in a sealed bid to Seattle Public Schools which will be publicly opened and read aloud. Please turn in your quotes directly to Lydig Construction, no bid form or bid bond is required. Please include your bond rate in the event that your scope exceeds $300,000
We are sending you this invitation to provide subcontractor pricing to us for your respective scopes of work. We are requesting that pricing be provided by bidding subcontractors no later than close of business Friday 9/10/2021.
A pre-bid site walk and meeting for bidders will be held at 1:00PM on August 25, 2021. Note that there is no on-site parking available. All bidders and interested parties are strongly recommended to attend the meeting.
Deadline for questions is Sept 3, 2021 @ 4:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than September 7, 2021. Questions should be directed to scarlson@lydig.com.
