Description of Project Work
This is an acquisition for dredging services for the San Francisco District of the USACE Richmond Inner Harbor project in Richmond, CA. The project consists of mechanical clamshell dredging of 180,000 CY of material and transporting it to an offshore disposal site. Work will be performed from July through November of 2021.
Potential Subcontractor & Supplier Work Scopes
Marine towing, equipment rental, water quality monitoring and testing, hydrographic surveying, video monitoring, fuel/diesel supply, and small tools and supplies supplier.

In order to assist certified small business subcontractors and suppliers, we will divide scopes of work into economically feasible units and will assist firms with meeting delivery schedules, providing points of contact regarding bonding, lines of credit, insurance and information to allow small businesses to secure their own equipment in order to maximize Small Business (SB) participation on this project.
