The following bid packages are all due on July 12th at the following times:

07.02 – Roofing & Roof Flashing 10am
08.01 – Glazing & Aluminum Systems 10:30am
In accordance with RCW 39.10.380, Contractor (General Contractor/ Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from contractors for the above referenced scopes of work.
Bids will be accepted prior to the dates and times listed above for each bid package, at the offices of GC/CM, 3180 139th Ave. SE, Suite 110, Bellevue Washington 98005. Proposals received after the time noted above will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received.
In accordance with state law, bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor’s license at the time of submitting bids.
Bonding Requirements:
Subcontractor Payment and Performance bonding is required on contract values exceeding $300,000. Submit the value of your Payment & Performance Bond on your bid in the form of a percentage that will be calculated on the total of the bid. The Payment and Performance bonds are to be provided to Lydig Construction at the time of the contract execution.
