Contract description: The Health Care Authority is soliciting proposals from firms interested in website development and participation to prepare and administer the Healthy Youth Survey that will create electronic survey development, implementation, and reporting measures health-risk behaviors that contribute to morbidity, mortality, and social problems of youth. The survey results serve as important needs assessment data and offer insight into the effectiveness of prevention and health promotion initiatives.
