ESTIMATED VALUE: $12.6 million
COMPLETION TIME: approx 4/25/22 – 8/25/23
WAGE REQUIREMENTS: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
PRICING REQUIREMENTS: This project includes ONE (1) Base Bid, TWO (2) Unit Prices, and SEVEN (7) Alternates. SEPARATE pricing is required for each item.
