Contract description:
This Contract includes replacement of the heating and cooling systems and replacement of the roofing at the Ginkgo Interpretive Center. Work includes ductwork, HVAC equipment, refrigerant piping, controls, electrical, roofing, insulation, and related general work. See “Hazardous Building Materials Inspection Report” for hazardous materials; provide abatement as noted in the report.
