Contract Location: Washington State Historical Society (WSHS)

Contract description:

The WSHS is conducting a competitive procurement to award a Contract in Western Washington to acquire contracted goods and/or services.  Through the Contract established by this solicitation, WSHS may obtain contracted goods and/or services from a qualified IT MSP with recurring, scheduled, IT support through a dedicated hands-on IT resource to work both on-site and remotely to help maintain daily operations while addressing evolving technical needs.

Scope of Work: The IT MSP will provide monitoring, management, and support of WSHS’s desktop systems, servers, and network infrastructure which includes but is not limited to routine maintenance, secure remote access, software patches, system performance, endpoint security, firewall and VPN configurations, end user support for Microsoft 365 applications, web browsers, printing, daily back-ups of cloud and M365 environments, disaster recovery planning, set-up, training, and post-deployment support.  The IT MSP must build an understanding of WSHS’s unique systems, user requirements, and organizational rhythms to deliver targeted, efficient service from hardware lifecycle tasks and system administration to specialized troubleshooting of WSHS’s specific platforms such as KeMU, Altru, and security and AV systems.  The more specialized needs are support for Cloud hosting from a third-party vendor, infrastructure, systems architecture, Hyper-V, custom application development, back-up and disaster recovery planning and access management.  Estimated contract value is approximately $325,000.00 for IT MSP services..
