Purpose
The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified organizations, licensed in Washington State that can support the Washington COVID-19 Immigrant Relief Fund by providing community engagement and communication services in 2022 and 2023. The successful bidder will be responsible for
- developing and implementing an advertising and information campaign,
- developing informational materials,
- updating and maintaining the WA COVID-19 Immigrant Relief Fund website, and
- coordinating community engagement that will inform programmatic decision making and inform the communications campaign.
The Department of Social and Health services may award one (1) contract to develop and implement the community engagement and communications campaigns needed to support the success of the WA COVID-19 Immigrant Relief Fund. The successful bidder will demonstrate experience in administering similar projects.
