Project Description: Construction of structural, electrical, mechanical, and civil improvements to the existing 4.0 MG Hawks Prairie Reservoir including rafter and roof repairs, replacing reservoir appurtenances, updating cathodic protection system, electrical upgrades, full interior and exterior coatings and containment, new foundation and anchor chairs, new vaults and connections, water line installation, fire hydrant, new asphalt pavement, retaining wall, concrete pad, and additional site improvements.
Pricing Requirements: Please review the Bid Form!! The project includes TWO (2) Base Bid Schedules and TWO (2) Alternate Bid Schedules, each with multiple Bid Items. Your pricing may fall within several Bid Items.

Wage Requirements: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates.
